Vice Minister of Commerce Fu Ziying pointed out, for four consecutive years in the National Rural implementation of the "home appliances", average annual stimulating rural home appliance sales more than 150 billion yuan, driving the total retail sales in rural areas grew by about 2.5 percentage points; equivalent to about 20% of export capacity, these products can basically digest excess capacity. In addition, the gap between urban and rural household appliances penetration rate of nearly 20 years from the current reduced to 10 years.
